Zampone Modena meat (PGI) 1 kg
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
2 Vine tomatoes
Mini hamburger buns
Slices of cheese
First, cook the Zampone Modena PGI, following the instructions on the packaging. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and finely chop the onion. Once the Zampone is cooked, cut it into slices. Lightly toast the mini burger buns on the cut side for a few moments in a pan and brush them with a little oil.
On the base of each mini hamburger, place a slice of tomato, a slice of Zampone and a slice of cheese. Add the top half of the bun and your Zampone Modena mini burgers are ready!
